How do I attach the Cinta strap with micro cord attachment?

  • Unbuckle the strap
  • Using one side of the strap, thread the micro cord loop through the eyelet of one side of the camera
  • Pull the strap through the loop and tighten
  • Repeat with other side of the strap through the second eyelet of the camera
  • Pull the strap through the loop and tighten
  • Re-buckle strap

How do I attach the Cinta strap with split ring attachment?

  • Open split ring
  • Loop split ring through eyelet of camera
  • Repeat on other side of camera

How do I attach the Cinta strap with nylon webbing attachment?

  • Pull nylon webbing through camera eyelet
  • Pull nylon webbing up and through the tri-glide and fastener
  • Repeat on other side of camera

How do I care for my leather Cinta strap?

  • Spot clean
  • Use a leather conditioner 
  • For metallic leather: avoid excess rubbing or chemical substances which may remove the metallic layer

What type of shipping do you offer?

::SHIPPING::

DOMESTIC:

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 business days for your item/s to be processed. All domestic orders are subject to a flat rate of USD $6 and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once an order is shipped, typical delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will be able to track your package via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL:

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 business days for your item/s to be processed. All international orders are subject to a flat rate of USD $12 for USPS First Class International Shipping or USPS Priority International shipping USD $25. Once an order has shipped, typical delivery time is 3-4 weeks for many countries.

** Please note that your customs facility may hold orders. All international customers are responsible for customs fees within their given country. Please check with your local customs office for further inquiries.

Once an order has been shipped to the given address on the customer’s order receipt and tracking has been provided, Cinta is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please take up any additional concerns with USPS.

What is your return/exchange policy?

::REFUNDS::

We aim to provide you with the best product we can produce, however, if you need to return your product for any reason, please do so within (7) days of receipt of merchandise. We will not accept any returns or issue refunds after (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Please e-mail us to let us know to expect your return: info@shopcinta.com.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all return merchandise back to Cinta. We do not offer return-shipping labels for any items being returned. Please insure the value of your goods. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we recommend using a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain your proof of mailing.

Items not post-marked within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense.

Once we have received your return, please allow up to one week for us to issue the refund to your credit card. Your credit card will be refunded when items have been determined to be in their original condition. Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. All refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

::EXCHANGES::

We aim to provide you with the best product we can produce, however, if you need to exchange your product for any reason, please do so within (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Exchanges can only be processed for an item of equal or greater value.
